Running Technique Coach
Our coaches have the unique ability to be able to transfer their experiences and skills from being World Class International Athletes, to being top level coaches and leaders. With our knowledge and experiences we teach adults and children running technique to improve efficiency and reduce injuries.
Learning the correct technique will result in increased efficiency, lowered risk of injury and increased speed; making running even more enjoyable.
The First Session
Before we can start the training program, we need to know how you move and what you need to improve on. So in your first session we will take you through a range of tests and exercises to identify your weaknesses and movement issues.
What’s next?
Efficiency in your movement is key, if you are not moving well then you will not be able to run efficiently. We will strengthen your weaknesses and teach you an efficient running technique using our unique training methods.
