Ashleigh Clarke

Ash is an athlete who has represented Surrey at the English Schools Athletics Championships. Sport has always been her favourite hobby; however, she became more passionate about sports rehabilitation after she got injured in 2014. During her own rehabilitation, she developed an interest in wanting to understand how the body works and what to do to enable a smooth recovery from injury and return to play.

Since her injury, she has completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation to help expand her knowledge on assessing and treating injuries. In addition to this, she has shadowed coaches and therapists to help tailor her own approach to treatment. Ash has been able to use the skills gained from her degree and shadowing other therapists and coaches to provide treatment and aftercare advice for her clients.

Ash has also taken up Olympic weightlifting with her eyes set on future international competitions.
